SAINT PETERSBURG, 14 February — RIA Novosti. The authorities of the Leningrad Region signed an agreement on the creation of a deep-water port Primorsky universal transshipment complex with the investment of 90.6 billion rubles at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, the regional government said.
“The Leningrad Region has signed a strategic agreement on the creation of a universal multi-disciplinary deep-water port complex Primorskiy Universal Transshipment Complex. The document was signed by Aleksandr Drozdenko, the head of the region, and Ramis Deberdeev, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Primorsky Universal Transshipment Complex OOO, at the Russian Investment Forum”, — the report says.
