In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 174-FZ dated 23.11.1995 “On Environmental Expertise” and the Order of the State Committee for Environmental Protection of Russia No. 372 dated 16.05.2000 “On Approval of the Regulation on the Assessment of the Impact of the planned economic and other activities on the environment”, OOO Primorsky UTC informs the public about the beginning of public discussion on the subject of state environmental expertise: design documentation “Primorsky universal transshipment complex”, including materials of environmental impact assessment.
Purpose of the planned activity: creation of one of the most developed ports for transshipment of bulk and general cargo in the Baltic region.
Location: Russian Federation, Vyborg Municipal District of the Leningrad Region, territory of the Ermilovsky Port District of the Primorskoye Urban Settlement, Kiperort Peninsula, area of the southern entrance to the Björkösund Strait of the Gulf of Finland.
